We are thrilled new announce that Easton seems to have outgrown his wheat allergy! Milk and eggs are still off the menu, but wheat has opened a whole new world of foods! He is entirely off baby food except for baby oatmeal mixed in his soy yogurt, and we are about to finish our last can of way expensive hypollergenic formula and move to 100% vanilla soy milk. The bottle is gradually being replaced by a sippy cup, and we have hopes of kicking the paci habit soon, too. Hooray! Today at lunch he enjoyed some leftover Pasta Fagioli from last night's dinner. All I can say is that Ikea bibs are truly a miracle ... not a drop on his clothes ... seriously.
