Mom's 60th Birthday Party

At the beginning of the month, we all traveled to NC to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. All of my sisters and their familes converged on my mom's house -- lots of chaos, lots of fun. There are 7 grandchildren now, all under the age of 5. We played trains, held babies, ran kids to the potty, ate lots of food, and played in Chad and Cathy's "Bounce House." (They actually own one -- how cool is that?)

On Saturday, we held the actual party at an orchard in Flat Rock, NC. We went on a hayride, played outside, and chowed down on cider doughnuts and barbecue. We were all fully exhausted by day's end, but I think Nana felt very celebrated.
