Summertime is here!

Summer is in full swing here in the South; it is already pretty hot, but I am loving it. Even after being slathered with sunscreen, Ella is getting really tan very quickly.

Last weekend we went to Carson’s 5th birthday party; can’t believe that little guy is on his way to Kindergarten in the fall! Where does the time go?

PaPa and MeeMaw are here in from Orlando this week. We have had a good time having tea parties, playing outside, and visiting a local farm. Ella also likes to take them to Target because she leaves with everything her little heart desires. That’s what grandparents are for, right?

The swing set is almost done. The pic with Ella going down the slide only shows half of what is now up. Evan is sunburned, blistered, and muscle sore from building this thing, but the kids are loving it. Easton gets such a thrill from swinging – he squeals and kicks his legs. I’ll post a final picture when he is completely done.
